KRU Entertainment lost its binding “glue” when one of its three founders, Edry Abdul Halim, migrated to Britain, reportedKRU Entertainment president and chief executive officer Datuk Norman Abdul Halim said they had initially thought that they could still manage the company using the online platform after Edry migrated two years ago.

The three brothers – Norman, Yusry and Edry – can no longer regard KRU as their private company as they need to rope in outsiders to forge ahead in the field of music, as well as in the production of films and television programmes.“It is our greatest loss when he migrated. But we need to move on and restrategise in the new normal environment, ” said Norman. This represented some 11.3% of the total number of households in the country.
