He said the investigation found that the scam syndicate had been operating since last year and regularly moved by turning luxury condominium units and hotels around Klang Valley as centres for their activities. He added that the syndicate was able to pay salaries of RM2,500 to RM4,000 monthly to its members and was also able to rent luxury condominium units and hotels at RM9,000 to RM13,000 a month.
