Here’s how the Biden administration will shape the fate of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac — and the broader housing-finance ecosystem:

For more than a decade, housing-finance giants Fannie Mae FNMA, +0.54% and Freddie Mac FMCC, -2.26% have remained in conservatorship after being bailed out amid the Great Recession. For all of those unfamiliar with this story both $FNMA and $FMCC have not only paid the bailout given to them in 2008. They are still held under conservatorship and are both still giving their profits to the government. They should of both been privatized a long time ago.

I'm going with bailout

The strings are attached.. he’s doesn’t speak nor does he have a mind of his own..

I didn’t hear Biden’s plans for anything ...he was whisked away without answering any questions.. so now is media telling him what to do? Of course he is listening to what the media is suggesting and Biden the puppet will dance along..

Combining student loans with housing loans & just pay interest could create a boom.

🙄✌️ Financing and then higher tax 🙄✌️

It’s going to be great!

An older man won. That’s great.

I hope Biden promotes defunding the police, transitioning away from the oil industry, and Bernie Sanders' tax program. He has a mandate for these things. Please. DO IT. I'M BEGGING YOU.

All of US media reported Biden won the election and will be next term president without any official election agency to confirm, all basis just come from CNN prediction. This is western corn value of Procedural Justice? How ridiculous.

Congrats Again 🎉👏😀
