Wong Kah Woh says Education Malaysia Global Servies did not have govt representative on board of directors.

The Public Accounts Committee has found weaknesses in the governance of Education Malaysia Global Services , which serves as a one-stop centre to manage visa applications by international students.

PAC chairperson Wong Kah Woh said among the shortcomings was the absence of a government representative on the board of directors at certain times, including during the appointment of an interim CEO on Jan 17, 2019, and cutting short the appointment period of the former CEO on Feb 24 of the same year.
