The comparisons made in the article could be more useful if the variation between 2000 and 2021 were explicit. Saying that today's metrics are near 2000's is not enough to a broad view of present market condition. The market is not the same as in before the dot com events.

Possibly could? Many metrics that were high in previous ones are high again. That being said, I feel like we’re coming to a new normal in prices/life so maybe the market just slows down rather than a full correction. Let me know what you think!
