Mmmmmm if the Govt is so concerned about wage levels - why not increase the minimum wage

Yeah sure they can. Conservatives selling more snake oil to the working class.

The fact that there are some people who will believe this just goes to show how dumb people are 😆 🤣

So the Daily Mail line is now basically: join a union. Noted 👍

They could have done it before Brexit. It will not increase the number of drivers.

Very true & your food will be delivered late and cost much more. Brexit Britain, small and alone.

LOL. Are you really trying to justify Brexit? OMG

Hi there. Just so you know, this article is complete nonsense and a journalistic embarrassment. Brexit has cost about a Trillion so far, with £250bn of that in direct costs. It has quite literally sucked the life out of the UK and you're defending it.

Brexit wasn't the original reason for lorry driver shortage. Foreign HGV drivers worked cheap and under cut UK drivers who gave it up, drivers who could retire, did.

Inflation increases and then they are back where they started. BA(App.Econ)
