Openserve is South Africa’s largest and leading ICT infrastructure provider with the biggest fixed broadband network in the country, with an estimated 5,619 employees by the end of September 2021.

Telkom-owned Openserve has announced a new hiring drive, with a specific focus on Masters and PhD graduates in South Africa.

The group currently offers fibre coverage to more than 700,000 homes, with more than 331,700 homes connected to its network.

Openserve said it was specifically looking for candidates to fill its Centre of Excellence programme positions. “The CoE programme is our pinnacle programme that supports our extensive youth and skills development strategic initiatives. Its framework ensures that there is continuous research in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Network Operations, Computer Science, Finance and Sales and Marketing,” it said.
