JS Solutions, a veteran-owned, Huntsville-based company specializing in logistics support, engineering and consulting services, has been awarded one of multiple prime contracts supporting the Air Force. The $46 billion contract is over a 10-year period.

The $46 billion contract is over a 10-year period.According to the announcement, the Eglin Wide Agile Acquisition indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract will enable the government to rapidly develop and integrate new technologies, solutions and techniques to the Air Force & Eglin Air Force Base.

The contract aims to help the Department of Defense to continue modernizing and, according to the announcement, “will help provide new capabilities within multiple areas of life-cycle management, weapons systems, development and requirements development. EWAAC delivers digital engineering, model-based systems engineering, agile processes, open system architecture support, data analytics and management, and weapon system integration support for the U.S. Air Force customers at Eglin Air Force Base, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Armament Directorate , the Air Force Research Lab , and the Air Force Nuclear Warfare Center , the announcement said.

“As a leading support provider to the US Government, we will continue to deliver in the Digital Trinity areas of Digital Engineering, Agile Development and Open Systems Architecture,” Jason Swafford, President and CEO of JS Solutions, said in the announcement. “We will provide support through all parts of the weapons system life cycle and will bring our expertise in this area to support the Air Force and its mission partners.
