UK inflation soars to 30-year high of 6.2% as cost of living squeeze deepens – business live

UK manufacturers have raised their prices at the fastest rate since September 2008, showing that inflationary pressures are still building. Output price inflation rose to 10.1% for the year to February, up from 9.9% in January, the ONS reports.
