The eThekwini municipality has condemned the malicious pulling down of road signs in Amanzimtoti, south of Durban.

One woman calls for the men to rip the sign off the pole and throw it away.

“We are very shocked about this video that we are seeing, which clearly demonstrated that we have still got a long way to go, to do away with the vestiges of apartheid and we are appealing to anyone to assist police to ensure that those that are responsible for bringing down these signs are made to face the full might of the law.”
