Saturday night, Denver police responded to another shooting in the area near 16th Street and Wazee Street, just about four blocks away from El Tejano and Loaded, but DeCastro said he’s not shocked.
Maybe the business owners can form vigilance committees as was done in San Francisco around 1850. No hangings or breaking any other law. Just defense.

We have a mayor and council that won’t let the police do their jobs effectively, police who are discouraged to the point they don’t want to do their jobs, and a catch and release justice system that ensures any criminals who are caught just get to waltz back onto the streets
