The home’s real estate agent Michelle Walker said she was surprised to find the luxury home tucked into the skinny laneway. Inside, the vaulted ceilings tower above the heated concrete floors on the first level. A frosted-glass window salvaged from a church isWalker said while the home had an open floor plan, it still allowed for defined areas, like a living room or dining space.A floating staircase leads up to a 1,000 square-foot rooftop terrace.“There’s really no buildings blocking the view. You can look west and you see the CN Tower and all the tall buildings, and that is also quite special.
