This follows the decision by the Defence lawyer for accused no 5, Advocate Zandile Mshololo asking for the state to explain why the persons in the docket opened in 2019 were not charged.

What made the 2nd docket without merit?. When clearly this current one is full of holes. The NPA answer is BS.

Then why present during discovery. What was the defense supposed to do with it? Should it now be ignored when the State themselves entered it with all other discovery?
