KUALA LUMPUR, June 28 — Malaysia Competition Commission through its task force is evaluating the investigation report on allegations of cartel in the chicken industry.
It said in the event that there was no evidence to show elements of infringement, MyCC will close the investigation in line with Section 16 of the same Act. Thereafter, MyCC will issue a final decision on whether there was a finding of infringement or non-infringement of the Competition Act 2010.
