That, combined with our highly flexible workplace environment were the drawcards for the applicants.”

SHAPE has a cadet program to circumvent the war for talent. Through the initiative, construction graduates support project teams throughout the delivery of a project and beyond.Offering an attractive salary is just one way businesses can secure good talent. At SHAPE, salaries for senior roles are up by 5 per cent and junior salaries are up by between 2 per cent and 4 per cent over the year.
