Archway Properties - which is based in Houston and has an office in Dallas- is developing a 4-building industrial project in Irving.

The Royal 114 industrial project is being built facing on busy State Highway 114 north of DFW International Airport.

Archway Properties - which is based in Houston and has an office in Dallas- is developing the 4-building industrial project between the highway and West Royal Lane.“The DFW Airport submarket has performed very well over the years, and demand for new Class A industrial product continues to be robust,” Eric Hawk, partner with Archway Properties, said in a statement.

Transwestern’s Brett Owens and Clayton Johnson are leasing the project. The largest of the buildings will per more than 155,000 square feet. Pross Design Group is architect for the new business park and Peinado Construction will be project general contractor.Along with the Irving development, the company has warehouse projects onNorth Texas is the nation’s fastest growing industrial building market with about 59 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space under development.
