Raise the cost of energy and guess what ? The cost of renewables goes up. Wind and solar are not self replicating. Try sourcing the materials, build and transport and erect a wind generator without fossil fuels.

A large part of the problem is no one has a plan to go green! The Administration is trying to force people by pain at the pump and fear mongering! There needs to be a comprehensive plan for each sector that includes the infrastructure required, backup power, etc.
