Lets break down their compensation offer of 5days. In my case my bill is $70. So in my case 5days = $11.66. In case Rogers is serious about service recovery & customer retention the offer nothing less that waiver of mothly bill n 2 wifi pods. This is the bare minimum.

A committee of MPs who will be swamped by technobabble won´t achieve anything. They need some top notch Internet experts to see what the real root causes were. Otherwise the execs will simply throw some mid/low level plebs under the bus.

Nothing will come out of it, another wasted money on behalf of the tax payers, do I really believe that someone from the higher level is held accountable for lost business revenues? Not a chance in hell

The govt should investigate the lazy, useless passport department.

Third party investigation or this is just criminals covering up criminals
