, Kim Brooks and Laney Underwood of Transwestern Real Estate Services represented Rosewood in various lease transactions, which included Megatel Homes adding 11,567 square feet to its existing headquarters, Lido Advisors, LLC signing a new 9,247-square-foot lease, Surge Private Equity signing a new 2,920-square-foot lease and Standly Law Group signing a new 1,906-square-foot lease.alongside additional retail and dining options such as Ocean Prime, Flower Child and Tipsy Alchemist.

“Located at the center of the city’s most walkable community, Rosewood Court is celebrated for its sophistication, elegance and impeccable amenities,” Walker said in a news release. “Tenants desire both on-site conveniences and proximity to neighboring retail, restaurant and entertainment options. These leases demonstrate that walkability is a critical component for office-using industries and executives when it comes to making real estate decisions.
