Three multifamily properties in Dallas-Fort Worth have sold for a total of approximately $59 million.

California-based CRE firm Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of the three properties, The Meadow in Lancaster, Monterrey in Fort Worth and Newport Landing in Dallas. The Meadow is a 120-unit asset built in 1981. The property is located near I-35 and I-20 Industrial Corridor. Monterrey is a 106-unit asset built in 1969 located in southeast Fort Worth with frontage on Vickery Boulevard. Newport Landing in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas is a 185-unit complex built in 1971. It is located near Loop 635 with proximity to shopping at Lake Highlands Town Center.

Through Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Worth office, the Silva Braly Team represented the three different sellers and procured the buyers. The buyers were not disclosed.
