The Time Out Market is the world’s first editorially curated food and cultural market concept, which basically brings a city’s best chefs, restaurateurs, and unique cultural experiences together under one roof.

The Time Out Market aims to capture and celebrates the food soul of the city it is in, hosting fun things like cooking classes with top chefs to installations from local artists and live entertainment.

Now, more locations are in the pipeline including Porto, Abu Dhabi, Prague, Osaka, London, and of course, Cape Town, Africa’s first Time Out Market.Time Out Market Cape Town is expected to open towards the end of 2023 at the V&A Waterfront. Visitors will get to taste food from local top chefs and much-loved restaurateurs, sip cocktails from award-winning mixologists and enjoy culture and entertainment from rising talents.
