Under the partnership, customers who use Pay Hooloogan can avail of financing options with no down payment required. Special discounts will be made available to users of the payment method and will have the option to convert straight purchases to installment plans at any time. “We are delighted to be partners with EMCOR, one of the leading appliance and motorized vehicle dealers in Visayas, Mindanao and Palawan. Through our partnership, we will be able to reach more Filipinos to make our vision of being the launchpad of their dreams a reality,” says SB Finance President, Abbie Casanova.
