Why are advertisers hitting the pause button now just because they're 'nervous', when many companies either didn't hit the pause button when this ⬇️was revealed in September or only suspended their campaigns from parts of Twitter?

Though almost impossible to completely boycott these international brands, I will certainly do my best to do just that. I hope others will join in doing the same.

TechInsider Guess those companies don’t like freedom of speech.

At this rate, Twitter is done!

At least users lose nothing for the moment. I mean im all for less ads, ddnt even notice

BITech Good riddance! More room for advertisers who care about free speech and disregard safety efforts made by Elon, he’s had meetings about this already, no change has been implemented yet, they were okay advertising before!

TechInsider They'll be back when they're done with their temper tantrum

Go woke, go broke

Ironic😀

Y'all make it too easy

TechInsider ABANDON SHIP !!!!!!!!!!

BS....Twitter has something called a CONTRACT!

Looks like it's time to boycott Volkswagen, Audi, Pfizer, General Motors, General Mills food, just to show them who controls our thoughts on th subject.

TechInsider More than half of the US population believes in free speech. This companies will face a lot of boycotts.

Thanks for letting us know who the fascists really are. As Miss Rachel would say…Good Job!!

Nobody cares.

A wonderfully organized list of brands to avoid

This is performative. They will be back.

They are the same ones I am not buying anything from moving forward.

Duh! GM makes cars. So does Elon Musk. Of course competitors don't give money to each other. Totally expected. Pfizer is different. They know Twitter is the primary platform for exposing their perfidious behavior.

Oh no, not Oreo 😅

Sure helps clean up the timeline. Thanks, Elon!

Thanks for sharing, I’ll be sure to not support any of those brands in the near future.

They will be back. If not, someone else will fill their place. The power of capitalism.

Growing number of companies are freezing their Twitter ads after Elon Musk takeoverGeneral Mills and Audi are the latest big advertisers to pause ads on Twitter as questions swirl about how the social media platform will operate under new owner Elon Musk. Lol good I'm confused. I do not pay a cent to be on Twitter, and I never see ads of any kind. Who sees ads from General Mills or Audi, or anybody else?
