And the inflation is transitory.......

Fingers crossed that all the greedy b******* lose their shirts in a big crash.

Yet..

Just like Freeland said Canada was in a good position financially when we weren’t.

This is normal. When demand falls, prices fall and sellers withdraw from the market and sit tight. The upward momentum of real estate prices resumes after a year or two. This has been true for generations, and will be true again with 500k immigrants/year.

Canada will probably be ok. But I think USA will crash like 2008 and it will be soon if Jerome Powell keeps raising rates. Not worried about it because this is a normal cycle for markets. Politicians will attempt to take credit for making homes more affordable.

It's a crash, your just trying to make your liberal friends like you by spreading their messaging.

Matter of opinion!

Not yet.

Says those that do not own houses.
