I agree with City Sand And Gravel. The Government should be looking to take similar action against the party(s) engaged that provided Government with that, All clear, safety report.

Why isn't the so called expert not on the hook?

The strangest thing with this is that the government actually made a decision based on an experts report. I thought these just sat on a shelf after they were paid for?
