There many tourists who dont or not made aware of traffic rules about flagging a taxi or where they can board a taxi or grab vehicles. They get upset without understanding y taxis available but not stopping.

We do not have enough responsibilities in our Drivers to open such a can yet.....

Yeah so that the damn buggers can block the public buses from stopping at the bus stop.
