iPeople is a publicly listed holding company which invests in the education sector, and is under the House of Investments , the listed holding company of the Yuchengco Group and Ayala Corp. HI and Ayala own 51 percent and 33.5 percent of iPeople, respectively. NTC was founded in 1928 and was the Philippines’s first higher education institution to offer collegiate programs dedicated to teacher education. It is a leader in the field of teacher education and its performance in the Licensure Examination for Teachers has consistently been above the national passing rate.
