Redstone Gateway consists of 17 class-A office buildings totaling 1.5 million square feet that are 97% occupied, plus another six buildings under construction that will add 816,000 square feet, the announcement said. The park’s existing amenities include The Shops at Redstone Gateway which includes 19,200 square feet of retail space, including three restaurants and a conference center.
