Michael Schnur has workplace choices many in past generations did not have.
“I’m going to vote for more flexibility because I mean, why not? I mean, it was really helpful when I wanted to go home for a weekend. I could do the work that I needed to do that day, and just have an extra day at home,” Schnur said. Jenna Wiley, an accountant for Outback Presents LLC, an entertainment agency that allows two remote workdays per month for every employee, prefers to be working in-person and is content with her organization’s policy.
Although Wiley may not always take advantage of her option to work remotely, she still stressed the importance of her remote workdays and doesn’t think they should go away.
