Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on Wednesday urged companies to increase wages faster than the rate of inflation.

After the wage stagnation workers have experienced over the last 40 years while CEO and the CSuite pay and bonuses have exploded from 35x to nearly 400x that of their employees. The actual people who perform the actual work deserve more while CEOs should be paid less.
