My pre-Love Island Botox nightmare made me realise the industry needs regulating ✒️ Faye Winter for ipaperviews

After seeing herself on television, Faye Winter got her lip filler dissolved , I had tape holding my face up in an attempt to get an eyebrow arch after Botox had completely relaxed the muscles in my forehead.when I was around 24 but she was on holiday when I wanted to get it done for the second time. So I went on Instagram, and saw somebody offering Botox injections in three areas of the face for a cheaper price. It wasn’t so cheap that I questioned the price but it was cheaper.

I couldn’t make any facial expressions; I didn’t have an arch in my eyebrow and my eyelids were no longer visible. It was really scary. I felt gutted during myaudition process because I knew that if my face didn’t go back to normal in time there was no way I would be going on national television. It was a big wake up call.

Since I’ve spoken about the potential side effects of Botox, many people have messaged me and said “I’ve had one eyebrow that’s dropped” or they’ve had something go wrong and there is no reverse. It doesn’t matter where you go for help, it doesn’t matter if it’s a top doctor, they’re not going to be able to put it right for you.
