The Angelo Group, Inc. is the contractor with Jacksonville-based Design Cooperative serving as architect. He approached the couple about a Jacksonville location anchored by Publix. All menu items will also be available on the casual rooftop setting featuring high top seating.“We’re really excited about the design, which will have a curved bar upon entry that displays oysters,” Cooney said. “You will be able to see the shuckers, and it’s also connected to a cocktail bar. A cool thing about the shopping center is that you can enter the upstairs rooftop without coming into the restaurant.
