Taguig City collected P4.38 billion in business taxes during the renewal of permits or the Business One Stop Shop (BOSS) in January.

According to the city government, the collection is higher by ?1.17 billion compared to reported collection for the same period in 2022.

The Business Permits and Licensing Office and the City Treasurer’s Office integrated the payment of Barangay fees so business owners no longer have to get barangay clearances separately. "Under BOSS 2023, business owners could process business permits at two convenient venues —and the newly opened Convention Center at the New City Hall Building," the local government said in a statement.
