Even with the end of the bear market finally in sight, Wilson still believes that investors should remain focused on buyingto ensure successful returns in the long term. In a note from March 21, Wilson and fellow equity strategist Michelle Weaver highlighted the top stocks identified by Morgan Stanley analysts to buy for outperformance and longevity.
