Plenty of exits at Credit Suisse as the moribund bank floats slowly toward its forced merger with Swiss rival UBS. Today, it is the investment banking team led by Adam Reid, who arrived at the firm only last year from RBC Capital Markets as a managing director and head of metals and mining.

The team – including Credit Suisse investment banking vice-president Clarence Fok, is heading to Gresham.
