Housing Minister Julie Collins is supporting regulatory interventions in the short-term rental market, arguing companies like Airbnb are reducing home availability in rural and tourism areas, says Sky News host Peta Credlin.

“Surely, if you own your own house in this country, we

used to believe in private property rights,” Ms Credlin said.
