Theme: "After Covid 19, What's next?is the only government - private sector partnership for security in the Philippines. It is attended by senior government officials, business leaders, security experts and various stakeholders of the security sector. Launched in 2005 in partnership with the Anti-Terrorism Council, this event was in response to the increasing threats of terrorism that followed the 9-10 terrorist bombing of the New York World Trade Center.

Over the years, the annual series anticipated the new emerging threats - from terrorism, to the global economic crisis, to natural disasters, to pandemics, to cyber attacks, to disruptive technologies, to data breaches, to cyber crimes. Last year's event which was scheduled to open on March 16, 2020, with National Defense Secretary Delfin N. Lorenzana as keynote speaker was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
