Women in the music industry remain massively underrepresentedStudy showed women in the industry often feel their skills are being discounted, or that they are sexualised and steretyped because of their gender I think you can leave out the word 'music' So- Likewise men in the nursing industry remain massively under represented. Like the Vic Metro Ambulance men too r massively under represented. Ratio now about 60% woman - 40% men- Of course. You don't change western culture in a blink. Be realistic. And first stop electing Mays and Trumps.
