European stocks increased Wednesday, as the Stoxx Europe 600 index SXXP, +0.39% closed up 0.39% to 453.45.

Shares of real estate investment trusts firm Tritax Big Box REIT PLC BBOX, +3.87% and investing/securities company Investment AB Latour Series B LATO.B, +3.78% added 3.9% and 3.8%, respectively. Shares of retail firm JD Sports Fashion PLC JD, -5.40% and health care/life sciences company Orpea S.A. ORP, -4.26% dropped 5.4% and 4.3%, respectively.
