For practically every job position there are literally hundreds of disappointed applicants? It's about being the right person for the job, and just because 'you' don't get it, doesn't mean it was because you were [SELECT ARBITRARY CHARACTERISTIC]

Think it's a great disservice to the selected candidates, to have the stigma of tokenism. They may be talented, but when companies are forced to hire to meet quotas, then that's a pity.
