A motion filed in Lycoming County court claims evidence on the homicide count is weak.

WILLIAMSPORT – A January hearing has been scheduled on a motion for bail by the chief executive officer of the Lycoming County telecommunications firm accused of fatally shooting his brother-in-law.

Michaels contends he is being detained illegally because there has not been a hearing at which the prosecution has the burden to prove by presenting live evidence. Because of that, bail should be denied. He fired after Roskowski took three or four more steps forward and then returned to his office. Roskowski was pronounced dead on arrival at UPMC Williamsport.
