'These are all hard working people that have spent many years serving the great people of Accrington'

A stall holder at Accrington Market says traders have been left with an uncertain future- and some others are set to leave amid redevelopment plans.

Writing on Facebook, Tracy Ashby of Smiths Fruiterers said: "We have been on Accrington outdoor market for 56 years. In 7 weeks time we are being moved in front of the market hall for 18 months while the work on the market is being done.
