The lawsuit alleges two major pornography companies that operate sites such as “Chaturbate” and “xHamster” violate a law that requires age verification.

PornHub has now disabled its website in Texas. Sites like PornHub are on the run because Texas has a law that aims to prevent them from showing harmful, obscene material to children. We recently secured a major victory against PornHub and other sites that sought to block this law…The AG doubled down on his comments in the press release saying he will continue to crack down on other pornography sites for not abiding by the law.
