Board members soon. This is according to Presidential Spokesperson Khusela Diko.
The National Assembly passed a resolution almost two weeks ago recommending the appointment of the eight candidates to fill the vacancies on the Board. Diko has confirmed that President Ramaphosa has received the recommendations by the National Assembly for the appointment of the eight successful candidates.
Diko says the President believes that the appointment of the Board members is an urgent matter that has to be finalised as soon as possible, to restore stability at the SABC.
