OUE Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust and OUE Hospitality Trust are in a proposed merger to be effected through a trust scheme of arrangement.

This means a stapled securityholder will receive S$40.75 in cash and 1,358 consideration units for every 1,000 stapled securities held. Due to the deal, both OUE C-Reit unitholders and OUE H-Trust stapled securityholders will see distribution per unit increase by 2.1 per cent and 1.4 per cent respectively, for the 12-month period ended Dec 31, 2018.
