A top Glasgow pub is seeking someone new to come in and take over after the current landlady announced she'll be standing down after more than three decades.
Serving locals and visitors alike in the west end since 1895, the bar has become a much-loved destination and champion for the Gaelic community thanks to its cracking atmosphere and reputation for traditional folk music. The agent behind the sale, Graham + Sibbald is now offering the premises at £75,000 a year for the leasehold interest, with a leasehold purchase price of £205,000.
"The Park Bar has been serving the residents of Glasgow and visitors for over 120 years. The lively Scottish bar is a hub for the Gaelic community and an inviting space that has hosted many up and coming bands over the years."
