City of Johannesburg will ensure that the legacy of slain EFF councilor, Moshe Mphahlele lives on.

lives on. City Speaker, Margaret Arnolds delivered the eulogy on behalf of Johannesburg mayor, Kabelo Gwamanda at Mphahlele’s funeral service at the Baroka Stadium outside Lebowakgomo in Limpopo.

Mphahlele was shot and killed last Sunday in Alexandra during the removal of dwellers from COVID-19 temporary accommodation containers.“We pledge to carry forward his vision, his values, and his unwavering dedication to serve and I believe councilors of the City of Johannesburg will definitely be serving the way he did.
