It surely can’t be in the interest of justice my lord because they know that having him in solitary confinement, has got a damaging effect on your psychology.
Mngomezulu responded by saying, “Because you are doing things behind closed doors to even tell the court what time, at least to estimate. I will make submissions that the court cannot rely on this witness. There is nothing proper that this witness is bringing to this court of sound mind because he can’t recall anything. He can’t even recall that he was at work.
