International Relations Minister, Ronald Lamola says he believes that justice will be served in the matter relating to the war inA few days ago, the International Criminal Court issued warrants of arrest for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Defence minister Yoav Gallant and a Hamas leader whom Israel killed earlier this year.Lamola addressed members of the diplomatic corps in Hazyview, Mpumalanga.
“As a country we have welcomed the decision of the ICC, we believe accountability will eventually happen. It might be taking too long, it might take a pace which we don’t want, but the arm of the law will eventually catch up with the Israeli authorities who are involved in the genocide that is currently unfolding. We welcome this decision, it is courageous and it is in the interest of justice and restoration of the rule of law.
