New York Governor Kathy Hochul announced on Thursday that by 2035 all new vehicles sold in the state of New York state will be zero-emission, according to the state’s new clean energy and climate goals.

Liz Krueger and Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz — and obtained by The Post in August — showed foreign-owned and American companies together would pay about $3 billion a year over two-and-a-half decades.
